How to use Sound Tracks

A podcast is a pre-recorded audio or video broadcast. You can download a podcast and listen to it when and where you want—whether on the go, using a portable MP3 player or MP3 phone, or at home on a personal computer. You do not need to download special software or be a tech-expert to listen to podcasts. If you have a computer with an Internet connection, and can play sound on it, then you’re ready to get started.

It's easy to listen to the In the Saddle podcasts, simply click on this link, then PC users can right-click the download link from the podcast popup and “save target as”; Mac users should click and drag the link to the desktop. Open the downloaded file in your audio software such as RealPlayer, iTunes, or Windows Media Player.

You can also listen to your podcast on your MP3 player by transferring the file from your hard drive to the device, according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
